Q 1. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our cooperated warehouses & factories in the USA and China. So expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different manufacturing areas.
Q 2. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
A. It usually takes 7 - 12 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 15 business days. Delivery times vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q 3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?
A. It usually takes between 2 - 3 business days.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

A. Yes, shipping is free worldwide.

A. Our company is based in the United States of America. High quality suppliers in China and the USA.
Q 7. In what currency will I be charged?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the contents of the cart are displayed in multiple currencies, you will check out in USD at the latest exchange rate.
Q 8: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q 10. Is the cash on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe.
Q 11. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.
Q 12. Do I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries you do not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are and if you order more than 1 piece. We are not responsible for customs fees. Please check with your local customs agency to find out more.
